- The basement is a crawl space that houses a wood stove, water softener, water heater, etc. There is also additional storage space. Its exterior door facilitates access, as when bringing in firewood. in some places, its height is less than 6 feet.

- A new certificate of location is on order and will be available at the end of January. Until de Land survey is available, photo #4 shows lot limits;

Several improvements have been made in recent years, here is the non-exhaustive list:
- Replacement of the roof covering in 2020;
- Installation of a new septic system for 3 bedrooms in 2020;
- Installation of a new wood stove in 2021 and a membrane in the chimney in 2012;
- Digging of a new artesian well in 2021;

- Replacement of windows upstairs in 2005.
